As a full-time professional with over 19 years of proven real estate service, Ann has been the #1 Agent in the Menomonee Falls Shorewest office, four of the last five years. In 2020 she ranked #44 out of 786 agents in All Company Sales Volume. Ann has been a National Sales Award Recipient every year beginning in 2005. Additionally, she has been either a President’s Club or Executive Club Member of Shorewest since 2003. Having spent her full career at Shorewest Realtors, she appreciates the innovative tools, local and global marketing, and many resources the company offers to help our clients succeed.

Ann holds six real estate designations, is NINJA Sales Certified and has training to her credit from such industry leadership programs as Leaders Edge, Rich Casto Power Up, Floyd Wickman Star Makers and Darryl Davis Power Agent, in addition to her studies at Marquette University. REAL TRENDS Magazine recognized Ann as one of America’s Best RE Agents in 2017.

But what really matters to Ann and her team, is guiding a new home buyer through the intricate process of buying a home; advising and consulting with today’s seller on how to both buy a home and sell one at the same time. Michael Bina is Ann's newest addition to the team. Michael is a licensed Realtor and is building a business of his own, as well as working with Ann's clients when she is unavailable, to ensure their needs are being met. He is young, driven and continually excited to learn and educate himself on all aspects of real estate.


Carry Post

Ann’s Client Care Coordinator, Carry Post, is a licensed Realtor and has served as a vital support person for leading teams in the industry. Her commitment to customer service, close attention to detail and ability to stay on top of multiple projects will ensure your satisfaction. Some of her duties include buyer and seller communications, and  following up on all transaction details to ensure a smooth closing. Whether buying or selling, Carry will be an integral part of your experience.


Kristen Roubik

Kristen Roubik is Ann’s marketing coordinator. Kristen is responsible for preparing marketing for listings, buyers and all of Ann’s contacts. Kristen is also responsible for maintaining the team’s databases, production worksheets and statistics. Her prior experience as a project manager makes her an integral part to the team’s success.


Kaitlyn Kirby

Ann has worked virtually with the Real Support, Inc. team in the past for various responsibilities.  Today, she tasks Kaitlyn with social media marketing. Ann knows that social platforms are an integral part of real estate and the consumer experience, and Real Support, Inc. helps her in that endeavor
