As a full-time professional with over 21 years of proven real estate service, Ann has consistently been a top producer in the Menomonee Falls/Germantown Shorewest office. Additionally, she has been either a President's Club or Executive Club Member of Shorewest since 2003. Having spent her full career at Shorewest Realtors, she appreciates the innovative tools, local and global marketing, and many resources the company offers to help our clients succeed.

Ann holds six real estate designations, is NINJA Sales Certified and has training to her credit from such industry leadership programs as Leaders Edge, Rich Casto Power Up, Floyd Wickman Star Makers and Darryl Davis Power Agent, in addition to her studies at Marquette University. REAL TRENDS Magazine recognized Ann as one of America’s Best RE Agents in 2017.

But what really matters to Ann and her team, is guiding a new home buyer through the intricate process of buying a home; advising and consulting with today’s seller on how to both buy a home and sell one at the same time. Lisa Matheson

Lisa is Ann’s transaction coordinator. She will follow up on all the details once there is an accepted offer. From earnest money, contingency deadlines, closing details and coordinating with our closing coordinator to ensure no detail is missed and you are ready for closing day.

Nina Pokorny

Nina is Ann’s closing coordinator for listings. She will work directly with the title company to order the title policy and special letters to the municipality. The mortgage payoff, deed preparation and closing package will be handled by Nina as well as finalizing closing statements and last details for a smooth closing.

Kristin Owens

Kristin supports Lebiecki and Co. in their marketing efforts. Having Kristin coordinate marketing campaigns, listed and sold postcards, greeting cards, social media graphics and listing marketing allows the team to focus on working with buyers and sellers. Her attention to detail and marketing expertise are integral to our marketing plan for clients' success.
